In 2005, the Order established
a new award to honor the spirit of the Original Ten Founders. Designed
for members who are doers of the word and not hearers only, this award
is symbolized by the double heart pin. The pin, worn my Order members
in the early 1900s, holds a Maltese cross engraved with IHN. (more)

HORIZONS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The
New Horizons Scholarship Program is an opportunity for the membership
to become informed and enriched about the work of the Order. This program
is held at Chautauqua, New York during the summer. Participants stay in
our beautiful Scholarship Houses...

RENEWAL PROGRAM
Awesome!
Educational! Spiritually uplifting! Wonderful music! Relaxing! Rejuvenating!
These are just some of the words participants used to describe the time
spent at Chautauqua during the first Clergy Renewal Week sponsored by
the International Order of The King's Daughters and Sons and the Chautauqua
Institution's Department of Religion. The only negative response was "the
week ended too soon."....

THE
KING'S SONS
The
King's Daughters was founded January 13, 1886, however, the work of the
Order did not at first include men and boys. As it progressed, many individuals
and groups of men requested to be included so that in 1887 the Order opened
its membership to Sons as well as Daughters of The King....
